A detailed town planning scheme of the first quarter of the new city Kasif, located in the Negev desert. Funded by the department of housing and urban development.
The plan includes residential neighborhoods, a central business district, an urban park and an employment district.

The planning considers the special climate conditions and the needs of the community which it has been intended for.
The scope of the project expands from zoning to the planning of neighborhoods to the planning of the block to the planning of the building and at last to the planning of the single house unit.

The block's DNA includes an inner residential partking lot and garden sorrounded with diverse architypes that were designed to fit the changing urban intensity on each outer façade of the block.
